Circular No. 167 / 23 /2021 - GST has been issued by the CBIC dated 17th Dec, 2021 clarifying the modalities of compliance to be done w.r.t "restaurant services" supplied through ECO on which GST shall be liable to be paid by the ECO w.e.f 01st Jan, 2022.
