Introduction of new "AGILE-PRO-S" by MCA vide an amendment in Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014

MCA brings an amendment in Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 in Rule 38A dated 07th June, 2021 by introducing new "AGILE-PRO-S" incorporating registration of companies under "Shops and Establishment" along with earlier specified statutory registrations:-

-GSTIN with effect from 31st March, 2019

-EPFO with effect from 8th April, 2019

-ESIC with effect from 15th April, 2019

-Profession Tax Registration with effect from the 23rd February,2020

-Opening of Bank Account with effect from 23rd February, 2020.
